Product Description:

Novel CDK-transcriptional/epigenetic chemical inducer of proximity (CDK-TCIP), exhibiting BCL6-Specific Cell Killing (EC50 of 6.9 nM), being uniquely potent in DLBCL lines dependent on high levels of BCL6 expression and more specific to BCL6-expressing DLBCL cells than a previously reported BCL6-directed bivalent compound designed using inhibitors of BRD4, also being 10,000-fold less cytotoxic than optimized CDK9 degraders and inhibitors
