Product Description:

Novel Novel CDK-transcriptional/epigenetic chemical inducer of proximity (CDK-TCIP), retaining 5-fold binding selectivity for CD12/13 over CDK9 (CDK13/CycK IC50 ~65 nM, CDK9/CycT1 IC50 ~261 nM) and potently inducing BCL6-repressed reporter GFP expression, exhibiting the hook effect that is characteristic of CIP function and a comparably potent cell killing effect with an EC50 of ~609 nM in SUDHL5 cells, more than 10-fold greater than the effect of the CDK12/13 inhibitor and the combination of the CDK12/13 inhibitor and the BCL6 inhibitor BI3812 in these cells
