Novel Novel CDK-transcriptional/epigenetic chemical inducer of proximity (CDK-TCIP), specifically inhibiting immunological processes ordinarily facilitated by the repressive function of BCL6, killing SUDHL5 cells at sub-nanomolar concentrations (EC50 = 0.9 nM), exhibiting improved metabolic stability and exposure levels over CDK-TCIP1, specifically suppressing the proliferation of GC B cells in a mouse immunization model
